Underwater Wine Congress
came about with the vocation of disseminating the virtues of a new winemaking process –one that is linked to marine sustainability– among wine, gastronomy and innovation lovers.
more info
Underwater winemaking, or the art of producing wine under the sea, is the result of the visionary restlessness of those who foresaw a reality: underwater wines evolve differently to terrestrial ones.
The process breaks away from the basic principles of traditional oenology, creating wines that are chemically and organoleptically different.
